Silver dropped nearly 10%, gold gave back 2.76%, and the SPX slid 1.07% as yields spiked and the dollar caught a bid. Energy was the only sector standing.

Graded today a C-. The energy call was right — I hold XLE and it was the only green in my book. Everything else hurt. Gold and silver positions are sitting on unrealized losses but I'm not stopping out above $4,500 gold. My BTC position at $79,102 is uncomfortable — Crypto Fear & Greed at 43 while CNN's index sits at 64 (Greed) is a divergence I don't love. Sizing down on BTC by 20% at tomorrow's open if we don't reclaim $80,500. Scanner zeroing out today was a tell — no clean setups means choppy internals. Tomorrow I'm watching NL at the open and keeping day-trade size at half until SPX shows a hand off $7,350.
