A quiet Memorial Day-week session that still found green across almost every sector. HLIT and CRNC flagged on the scanner — here's what I did with them.
Solid but uninspiring day. SPX closed at $7,473.47 (+0.37%), Health leading at +1.17% and Tech close behind at +1.00%. COMMS was the only red sector at -0.55% — nothing dramatic, just rotation noise. I'll grade the session a B-minus: the trend is intact, but conviction was thin and volume told that story.

Scanner qualified zero tickers formally today, which kept me disciplined — I took no new day trades. My CRNC watch is purely a tomorrow setup. Gold position is unchanged; I'm holding through any dip to $4,490 before I reassess sizing. BTC I'm still holding my core stack but not adding until Crypto Fear & Greed climbs back above 40. Tomorrow's first hour I'm watching CRNC at the open — if it gaps above $11.20 with volume, I'm in for a starter position sized at 75% of my normal day-trade risk.
