Tech is up nearly 5% overnight and gold is pushing $4,261 with silver surging 3.4%. Here's what I'm watching into the open and how I'm sized.
Overnight was a gift. Tech exploding nearly 5%, materials up almost 2%, SPX futures printing $7,736 — this is a risk-on morning and I'm not fighting it. Gold and silver are the real story though: Gold $4,261 and Silver $62.32 aren't moving on equity enthusiasm, they're moving on dollar weakness and something deeper, and that combination tells me this metals rally has legs beyond today.

I'm holding my gold and silver bullion positions and not selling into this strength — this move feels structural, not speculative. Bitcoin at $64,359 with Crypto Fear & Greed at 27 (Fear) is the disconnect I keep staring at: price is holding but sentiment is deeply pessimistic, which historically is where BTC sets up for a leg higher. I'm not adding BTC today but I'm not trimming either.
For day trades, I'm going in at half size until I see how DDD and SOPH behave in the first 15 minutes — gap-and-go or fade will set the tone for the whole small-cap tape. My first action at the open is watching SOPH for a $6.50 hold. If it's there, I'm in.
