SPX is barely negative pre-market but the rotation is loud — Health and Materials are leading while Tech and Energy bleed. Gold at $4,326 is the quiet story nobody's talking about.
Overnight was a mixed bag with no clean directional bias — SPX futures are essentially flat at -0.17%, but the sector tape is telling a clearer story. Health (+1.27%) and Materials (+1.23%) are carrying the weight while Tech (-0.53%) and Energy (-2.07%) are the drags. Crude is up 1.5% to $76.35 but energy equities are selling off, which is a disconnect I'm not chasing.

I'm holding my gold position with a stop at $4,280 — not touching it. Bitcoin I'm watching but not adding until it shows me a reclaim of $65,500; Extreme Fear with price stagnation is not the entry signal I need. On the day-trade side, KLTR is my top focus at the open — half size until I see the first 15-minute candle close. If SPX can't hold $7,700, I'm cutting all day-trade risk by 50% and going defensive. No new positions in Energy or Utilities today.
