SPX futures slipping under pressure from tech weakness and a brutal crude selloff. BMEA is the only pre-market name with real RVOL — here's exactly what I need to see before I touch it.
Tech is getting hit hard overnight — down nearly 2% — and crude cratering 3.5% is putting energy in the red too. SPX is off a modest 0.28% on the surface but the internals are messier than that headline number suggests. Finance and utilities are the only bright spots, which tells me this is a risk-off rotation, not a broad selloff.

Holding gold and BTC long-term — not touching either today. Crypto Fear & Greed at 74 (Greed) while BTC is actually flat to down; that divergence makes me cautious about adding here. My BTC stop sits at $75,000.
For day trades today, BMEA is my primary focus at the open. Half-size only until I see if SPX finds footing above $7,600. If tech continues bleeding through 10 AM, I'm sitting on my hands for longs and pivoting to XPEV on the short side. No new swing positions until this crude move settles.
